The organization offers assistance in planning and evaluation
of health programs for disease control in institutions of emerging countries. The goal is to maximize services
in the institution for better use of available resources. Objectives are targeted to improve efficacy, efficiency and
avoid replication of procedures for disease control, maximizing
organization's human and economical resources and increasing standards to meet the current levels.
The grants offered cover partially the expenses of the intervention. Decisions about
assignments are made according to the current resources of Health Evaluation, and needs, location and resources
of potentially granted organizations.
Currently, all the grants for the year 2005 are exhausted. Sometimes, granted
institutions do not fulfill required documentation, grants became available and could be reassigned to new organizations.
